Received a roughly cut white pine scraper. Not cedar. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with this item. A few minutes with a grinder to round off sharp edges and a few minutes rubbing vegetable oil into the bare wood and BOOM! I have a good wood scraper that works very well. The wood feels nice and protects my grill. Simple and cute. Addendum: It broke after a few weeks. After the first use, I noticed that the cleaning edge fell apart. I cleaned it and re-oiled the wood. I oiled this wood 3 times and it split and became unusable. Even the bottle opener broke after only 4 openings. THIS IS PINE, NOT CEDAR. it is falsely advertised.
