Good deal if you can get one built to spec.
You have the right idea, just the wrong quality control. The filter was not inserted correctly after the device was closed. If the filter is not seated directly in the unit water can bypass the filter, or worse, with the filter inside you cannot close the filter and it will leak through the seam.
