I won't say they work miracles, but these were very helpful for me in healing my deep cyst-y acne. I don't think I even had acne this bad when I was a teen, but turned 30 and huge cystic jawline breakouts consistently. It may not be that these little spots really pulled out a bunch of gunk as it is advertised, so much as it really did protect me from touching and irritating the sore (and making it worse and from there it saved my face.) The catch though - admittedly gross, but it's honest - was it actually worked better if I had been agitating the site already. When I put the little sticker over a clean, unbothered zit, it didn't seem to draw out the yuck as if I had tried to pop it and was able to produce some of that clear plasma. If there was fluid coming out, this was able to suck out quite a bit and in two days or so the offender was flat. It says to wear overnight, but I used it during the day as well (because I'm most likely to touch while I'm awake!) and as I'm fair-complected the beige-y ivory was a decent color match for me; it's just the smooth texture of the spots that make it obvious that there was a sticker on my face. For running errands or sitting at a desk at work, not the end of the world and not a giant red lump I'm prone to poke, either.I purchased these as well as a similar product to directly compare, and I much prefer these ones. The absorbing surface was larger on these than the other brand, and I felt they were more effective over all.
