Don't waste your money
This item is so cheaply made and so flimsy that my bird refused to use it. Wood is weaker than styrofoam! I put this nest in a cage and in FIVE MINUTES my bird was able to do it?! Parrot?! She doesn't bite or chew anything except her cute paw! This item did NOT come with screws, I had to buy them. DO NOT use the toy they show in the picture! It's just as cheaply made and dangerous to your bird. Overall this item was poorly made, a waste of money. I will be purchasing an actual bird house at my local pet store. One made out of REAL wood.
