Their responsiveness was excellent! They were very professional and courteous throughout this whole process which included multiple changes we requested along the way. It took them over 3 months just for us to get an initial quote from another subcontractor who they recommended (and then 2 more weeks later when it came time to sign). This should have taken no longer than 1 week if things went smoothly. But because there are so many moving parts between their engineering department and ours, communication became difficult. The problem has been partially solved by having someone within my own organization communicate directly with theirs about any issues or questions that arise during execution of each phase of project.
