****** Read instructions on box/tube before use ****** My wife has had a problem with dry mouth for a few months and in the past ends up drinking water every few hours while you sleep. After seeing this product, she hoped it would improve the situation a bit, if not cure it. This toothpaste requires you to keep your brush dry and brush dry. Dry brushing is doable since your saliva eventually helps create a smooth brushing environment. Then keep the liquid paste in your mouth for a few minutes, spit it out, but DO NOT rinse! It was difficult for her as she was used to cleaning her mouth with a good rinse and then cleaning her tongue. She says she felt weird about the leftover pasta in her mouth. She also used this paste to brush her teeth in the morning. She did this for 3 days and saw no noticeable improvement in her dry mouth. Also, around noon, she felt the urge to brush her teeth as she felt her mouth was stale. She will continue to use this paste only at night until it runs out. If her condition improves, we will update this review.
