I used Crest so I know what whitening to expect. Not equal. After using the box (14 days) (1 hour wear) it can become 2 shades whiter. And the WORST thing is the gel stays on your teeth when you remove the strip. The cross doesn't. The teeth are clean after removing the strip. This brand requires me to use my fingers and towers of paper to squash the gel between and on my teeth. Just a minor inconvenience that probably doesn't bother you if you've never used brand whitening strips before. I wouldn't buy them again. They were a lot cheaper but a bit uncomfortable
