The ease of use, the ability to add new words to the program. It would be beneficial to have a more robust training program. There is not much to dislike about this software. I have used many different medical transcription programs over the years, Cybernational is a good one with an easy to use interface. It's a medical transcription program that is easy to use, especially for beginners. As a Medical Transcriptionist, I use Cybernational to prepare all of my electronic Medical Transcription documents for submission to the various electronic medical record systems. The customer support staff are very helpful, they respond quickly when we have any questions or problems with our account. They also offer many different services for us including web site design & maintenance which has saved me money because I don't need another IT person! Sometimes it's hard keeping up with everything going through my email since all of their employees work remotely from home so communication can be difficult at times.
