I'll post pics the next time I do a scrub because honestly it's the most disgusting and enjoyable thing I've ever seen. Imagine your skin is covered with gray eraser shavings. Little nasty gray worms. The amount of skin that peels off with very little pressure is amazing. I feel like I hatched, like I shed my snake skin, like I've been reborn! I stood in a hot shower for about 15 minutes to soften the skin. I haven't used soap, but some people do. I turned off the water, wet my glove until it got wet and went into town! So much skin ended up on the bottom of my tub, frankly disgusting but amazing. I'm pretty sure my armpits are a little lighter. I brushed in a circular motion, flipped a few times just in case lol. I moisturize terribly so I forgot. But most people do/should. Depending on how sensitive your skin is, you can vary the intensity of the cleansing. I'm hoping to get rid of the strawberry legs, let's see if it works. I don't know how I lived without her to be honest. My skin is sooo soft. Brb I'm going for a walk on fresh laundry. (But actually buy it. As you should.)
