This product really pushes the limits of misleading advertising. The 11 foot range definitely pushes the limits of honesty for me. When assembled, the rod plus head was 4 feet 1 inch long. Thus, a range of 11 feet includes 7 feet of body and arm height of the person using the product. If you try to scrub just below the window, you'll have a hard time scrubbing well enough to clean it. Also, the headpiece cracked during assembly, which was also frustrating. Having made these complaints, I actually found it worked quite well. My window isn't perfectly clean, but it's about 90% clean, which is a lot better than it used to be.
