Review on SMARTS Decision Management Platform by Paul Varnado

The best thing about this software has been its ability for me as someone without any programming knowledge or experience at all in using it to be able to create my own custom rules within minutes after I have created them! It's also very easy to use if you know how to navigate through each screen once logged into your account. This program does not seem like there are many other options available when creating new decisions which can make things difficult sometimes but overall we've had no problems thus far while utilizing SmartS Software products. We're solving our customer service issues by allowing customers more control over their services via SMS messaging instead of having agents talk directly to clients every time they call us up (which takes too long).
