Fine weave, durable
This is a nice fine weave, similar to butter muslin, which I use for making cheese (which is why I bought it). The hemmed edges mean they won't fray after washing, and they're suitable for small cheeses (1-1.5 pounds). My only issue with them is that something inside them reacts with my iodine sanitizer and turns everything black/purple even after multiple washes. . Instead I boil them to disinfect them and have no problem.
