Strange ridges on the edges

These are nice shapes but there are lines inside maybe to show you the depth if you've made layers? They're so flat they seem unnecessary, but they create two sets of ridges on the edges of my soap, which is why I stopped using them. Too bad, because otherwise they are perfect.
