"Have used these towels for years, great product!" That was my review after reordering. I now have a completely different assessment after discovering the novelty. I've been using the original granite wipes for at least 10 years and unfortunately didn't notice any change to "DESINFECTION TOWELS" on the container when I reordered them from AMAZON. Everything else on the packaging was the same. When I first used these new ones, I knew immediately something was wrong. There was some kind of sticky film on the granite counter. Gone is the clean, shiny, smooth finish of the original wipes. Then I saw that the perfect granite towels were replaced with disinfectant. They noted that food should not be placed on a sanitized counter. There are countless disinfecting wipes on the market, this was a great Granite wipe and is no longer available. I called the company a week ago and explained my frustration and loss. Ease of use than wiping granite countertops. I asked if there was an original. It's not like this. The support rep asked for my name, phone number, and email address, and I told her I'd like to speak to someone in the product department. I wasn't connected. Unfortunately, the tested product is no longer available. I cannot and will not recommend this product.
