The customer support team at PushCrew was topnotch! I called them about three months into using their service when my blog broke down entirely due to an expired SSL certificate being used -- leading me (and visitors) away from WordPress's own selfhosted options.
It took around 15 minutes total time between initial request made via email through Twitter direct message; up until they personally contacted our hosting provider so that we could update it ourselves without any issue or intervention from anyone else involved - which really shows how much care these folks put forth ensuring client satisfaction :) No issues here-- this was amazing!! They've got pretty great pricing considering everything offered as well. The speed at which they respond when it comes time to upload or edit content as well as their customer service team that make sure I have everything what needs to be done! Nothing so far but great experience thus far!! Highly recommended if looking into this product. It makes things easy since we can do our marketing through socials without having to constantly go back and forth between platforms (website vs Instagram).
