Rattles/rust worth the money

For the most part everything works as it should. The trailer pulls normally, the lock works. The dust cover for the lock is pretty flimsy and the hinge broke and I didn't even take it off (I found it broken once when I finally took the hitch off). Rust had started in the chrome ball after just one train. It rattles in the receiver, so at least I know it hasn't been stolen every time I hit a bump.
