Review on USATDD by Johnny Santana

As a seasoned professional in the toy industry, I was eager to test out USATDD and learn more about the services they provide. Unfortunately, my interactions with the company did not live up to my expectations in any way. To begin, there wasn't an impressive amount of toys and games to choose from. My experience with USATDD's products led me to the conclusion that, despite the company's assertion that they have something suitable for everyone, the selection was somewhat limited and lacked variation. In addition to this, the overall quality of the products was not particularly impressive. It was obvious that poor craftsmanship and low-quality standards were applied because the materials that were used were weak, and the structure was substandard. In addition, I was dissatisfied with the customer service that USATDD provided. After contacting their support personnel with queries and concerns, I was given responses that were both rude and ineffective in resolving my issues. It was quite evident that the company's primary objective was to make a rapid sale rather than to provide its consumers with exceptional service and assistance. My time spent with USATDD was, on the whole, a frustrating one. There is not much to recommend about this company, from the limited product range and low quality to the unprofessional customer service and bad quality of the products themselves. If you're seeking for toys and games of the highest possible quality, my advice as an industry professional is to look elsewhere.
