Liked: it works. I have a laptop that I connected to an old Toshiba Dynadock that kept losing connection to the monitor when the computer went to "sleep" (?) after a period of being away from the computer. Found this EUASOO dock and read mixed but mostly positive reviews. I decided to give it a try as my goal was to get 3 displays (2-32 inch monitors and the laptop screen itself) and eventually add another monitor. Also the price was ok compared to others I thought were comparable. I didn't set it up right away as I had a deadline and as I'm not a tech I didn't want to mess up my system. Now that I have time, I'm back to the same setup. It didn't take long, so I just swapped the connections. I made sure to plug everything in before turning it on as I've been told it could be a problem and I don't understand why, but I didn't want to risk it with the monitors and keyboard/mouse. I connected my Fujitsu scanner but I'm having connection problems. I've had connectivity issues before so I'm not counting it with this dock, just mentioning it as it's easy to blame the 'newbie' for this setup. Dissatisfied: AFTER I made a purchase, I received an email asking me to check if I have a "Thunderbolt" disc (?) to see if my computer is compatible. Anyway, that's what I've been waiting for, but IT WORKS, so it's not a problem for now, but be aware. The instructions are not intuitive. Why connect to HOST 2 and not 1? I still have to plug in my laptop's power supply when I'm in HOST 2. I have the impression that when my laptop is connected to the docking station, it gets power from the USB-C cable connection. The Dell docking station takes on this, but it's not a deal breaker, just a warning to those who might be thinking the way I did. It would be nice to use one less socket. Touching the USB-C cable caused the system to "recheck". Just a warning. Mine doesn't bother, so there shouldn't be any problems in the future. Initially, all screens mirrored each other. I just went into the computer's display settings. Initially, the computer only recognized two screens; so could not go to the 3rd monitor. Tries to find and identify. After a few minutes the computer could display 3 screens. Rearranged the screens in Settings to match the physical layout. It didn't work at first, but after a few minutes, even after that, I was able to move the pointer smoothly from left to right and back again, just like before. Basically a short story, just give it a few minutes. It was frustrating for a non-technical person but looking back it just took patience as I kept reminding myself it hadn't taken that long before but I was very good at remembering something wrong. Eventually, if I can get this to work, almost anyone with a little patience should be able to do it. Not sure if I can add that fourth monitor as it seems like it will only work if I connect another computer, but it will update when the time comes. Now the next project is connecting the computer speakers I just bought. Connected to the docking station and voila. It just works! DISCLAIMER: Was offered to GC for review. It didn't affect the review, other than prompting me to leave a review, which I don't always do. However, I have given more warning as I am about to do a review which I thought should be something to help. I always find it frustrating to read reviews as you can see some people love it and others hate it in many products.
