Review on 🌺 The Orchidtent Heat-Resistant Curling Iron Cover: Ultimate Travel Pouch for Heat Shielding and Flattening Irons by Angela Simmons

It does what it's supposed to do

I must warn you that this pouch has a strong chemical odor that will require lots of detergent to remove. that the iron can be placed on top of the bag when sleeping (I tried this when traveling as there was only carpet or wooden furniture) and found that this is actually not true - DO NOT leave curling iron or hair straightener on top of bag. bag while it's on. The iron didn't melt the bag, but it gave off a chemical odor and eventually discolored the surface of the bag. All in all, if you need to unplug it and toss it in your luggage right away, the bag should get the job done. However, if you're traveling with a body-sized cotton towel, using it and saving a few bucks on that extra item would do the trick. It can be useful for some people and is quite roomy. I love that it has two pockets that allow you to tuck the drawstring into the front pocket so it doesn't melt. Aside from the awful smell, the product appears to be of good quality. The bag looks big enough to hold two 1" straighteners, but a hair straightener and 1.5" curling iron would be too big. (3/5)
