Bought a little less than 3 months ago, the main shower head broke. Almost everything is made of fragile cheap plastic. All I did was push the head down with my thumb (it has a ball joint so it should move a bit) and the head fell off. At first I thought the ball joint somehow fell out. But no, the part that bolts to the main block is simply bisected horizontally along the entire thread. There is no vertical crack seen from over tightening (I did not use any tools to install this unit and am not a Revain woman). The shower head is too big/heavy and puts too much strain on cheap plastic threads. If you and your significant other are different heights and need to point the main head up or down every time one of you takes a shower, buy a different shower head. This shower head is said to be somewhat adjustable, but the components are too cheap to handle the functionality advertised. while. Luckily for me so far only water flows through the hose so it won't drain down the shower arm until I buy a replacement nozzle.
