I've been using this bag for less than 3 months and the leather strap with the D-ring on the side that attaches the shoulder strap broke, causing the contents to spill while queuing at the grocery store checkout Load. Really sad as I liked this bag overall, size, pockets, color etc so I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired, so I cannot return it. EDIT: The seller contacted me after verification and offered to send me a new wallet for free. I received my new wallet quickly and it is in excellent condition. I am very happy about a new handbag and hope that it lasts longer than the first one. Thanks for doing it right! EDIT #2: The new wallet broke the same way after 4 months of use. Will not request or use any other wallet.
