The best thing I like about this service is it's ease of use. Creating an email campaign is so simple, even for someone without much technical experience. It also integrates well with other services. With MailChimp integration, we can pull data from our marketing automation tool, Marketo, into our campaigns. We have not had any issues with popcorntm yet. But it does seem to be working fine for us. If you're looking for a way to connect your email marketing system with other systems, this is a great choice.
