Have exchanged the headset before. They were kind enough to replace my first one under warranty but the new replacement is just as bad as the one they replaced. Clients can hear sounds in my background better than I can. I get a lot of complaints about breathing into the mic, but then when I push it away they say they can't hear me. If I move my head during a call, they tell me my mic is turning on and off. I have three Jabra QC mics and can switch between them if needed, but all three have some issues. The other two were provided by my employer. One year old, bought the second in May. I replaced the Y-cable I bought for learning and even updated the EPROM software to the latest version. Finally, the IT department has completely updated my workstation image and updated all device drivers to the latest versions. These headphones were nothing short of a headache. Jabra sucks! Don't waste money. Buy something else.
