I had to spend hours trying to figure out why I couldn't connect my Oral-B electric toothbrush to the power tower. Is there a hidden button somewhere that needs to be pressed or something? After testing different types of plugs, I found that this power tower is simply defective. Certain types of forks are not skipped, while some other types are. Each outlet has subtle differences in what plugs it works with, and as a result you'll have plenty of scratches on the plugs as well as the tower outlet. Otherwise, it could be very useful for our vanity.
