I bought it and have had it for about 2 weeks now. I also have Chirp Wheels Plexus Plus rims. In comparison, Chirp Wheels are significantly more comfortable. They have nice foam wrapped around the wheel. These cork wheels are uncomfortable. They hurt a lot when you first ride them. My back got used to it in just 3 days. Don't get me wrong, they corrected my spine and helped relieve real internal back pain. So what do I recommend buying? Those cork wheels. Chirp wheels have been advertised as being able to carry up to 300 or 500 pounds. (don't remember) I weigh less than 200 pounds and they jumped. I had a chirp replacement but it lasted less time than the first one before breaking. Cork bikes have great solid construction that I know will last at least a year. Easy. So for my money I would go for these cork wheels anytime. I think one thing they can do to improve is embrace the idea of putting a thin layer of foam around the wheel for more comfort. Don't get me wrong, they won't hurt after a week of use. I drive mine every day and it doesn't bother me anymore. All in all I can recommend these bikes, they relieve my back pain and I take a small one to work, in the car and at home. This is a lifesaver.
