This ergonomic pizza cutter is just what the doctor ordered. Not only does it feel good in the hand, it cuts very well, has a blade guard to keep it sharp and can be disassembled for complete cleaning. FYI: Take it apart as soon as you get it with pliers. The factory tightening of the middle screw is a bit ridiculous. Then just hold it with your fingers. I love that you don't have to worry about pizza slices remaining in the cutter's seal until it reaches the end of its life. I will order more if needed.
