Newer models have funny lettering but don't roll or clean the carpet very well. Seniors can turn anything by force. I bought this for my dog who is stuck at home and alone most of the time. We had a yellow one that was much older and loved it! We accidentally left it at the hotel so I bought a new pink one to replace and it's not nearly as good. The sellers are not to blame! Not at all.
