Perfect pizza at home! *RECIPE BELOW*

I've been making pizza at home with my own dough recipe for about a year. I started using a Walmart pizza stone and have been without a pizza stone for a while. I ended up buying a second stone with the skin on because my first one had so many black spots from bad holes and plaque flying off. A rock cracked in the middle, I said fuck it and went with the steel. That is amazing. It is already seasoned and ready to use. Perfectly cooked pizza, just like Italian spliffs. Frame. After preheating, allow 30 minutes to fully heat up. Measure the water into an appropriately sized container, pour in the yeast, and then sprinkle the sugar on top of the yeast. Let stand 5 minutes to rise. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup sugar (I use a mixer with a dough hook), add salt and spices and mix. Add yeast and stir. Slowly add the next cup of flour until a ball forms. After 30 minutes hardening, form the pizza mold in the shape of a disk ball. I use hand washed flour and a mixture of cornmeal on the skin. Add what you want. Google how to knead the dough and use the bowl, it takes practice and lots of mistakes. Bake at 525 for 6 minutes.
