White is not very easy to clean
White on the inside is not very easy to clean. It changes color over time. I use both this and clear glass. Anything you bake at 400 degrees for several hours will be difficult to peel. So they are no harder than the ones I have in pyrex glass. I use steel sparingly for the toughest of stains.
