Plug and Play with Haloview MC7801 Camera/Monitor System

I already had a Haloview Camera and Monitor System, MC7801, but needed a second camera so I could have one for my caravan and one for my pontoon boat . No problem; The second camera was immediately connected to my existing monitor via a separate channel. These cameras work much better than the Furrion systems and cost a lot less. I enjoy competition and innovation. Incidentally, the distance from the cameras to the monitors is about 35 feet on both my boat and RV. They have no problem communicating with each other at this distance. However, a long-distance antenna option is available in Haolview if your trailer is longer and you need a more reliable wireless network. But I'm very happy with the out-of-the-box configuration and plug-and-play customization. The only caveat I would add is to make sure your monitor is plugged in and powered on before turning on the remote camera(s). If I do it in that order, they match 100% perfectly. However, when I turn on the camera first and then the monitor, they have trouble pairing with each other from time to time. So if you sometimes have trouble pairing the camera with the monitor, try turning it on. in that order and see if that solves your problems.
