This is my second collar with a completely dead battery (I only wore the collar for 5 months before the battery died). Now when I turn on the remote and use the pager, it turns off immediately when it's fully charged. The levels on the collar also do not match. I tested it on myself and could only feel 60. When the collar was new I could feel 25 (I tested the same spot on my arm and both times the collar was snug against my skin). I actually work somewhere where we sell dog collars and a lot of our customers have the same problem. Dogtra gives us trouble every time we try to return a broken collar and they try to blame us for the problems (they try to say we ruin the collars. How?). Needless to say we will no longer be wearing this collar and I hope everyone reading this will have another e-collar in mind.
