These ice pads are an absolute must-have for the postpartum period. They feel so nice on the sensitive, sore nether region and although they’re frozen, they aren’t so cold that you have to let them thaw first. I tried making my own icesicle pads to save money and there is just no comparison. It’s worth spending a little extra to get these. My only complaint is that sometimes a big piece of ice (or whatever it is) inside the pad will freeze in a big chunk, and so you’re sitting on a single large piece until it melts down a bit.
