Good if you have the original rubber - free if not

As others have noted they work best with the original rubber on the stick still slightly/mostly intact. With the elastic gone (like mine) this mount will come loose when installed on the left thumb pad (which is where I use it). So for my purposes - satisfactory. My son wanted his pad to have more debris on the original rubber - it's securely attached to his controller.
