Review on Reculta by Quintin Gore

I like that it is easy for me, as an applicant or recruiter/candidate to use this platform! Also being able to see my progress in real time (if i have accepted) makes things easier because sometimes you can get nervous about not getting any feedback from recruiters if they are still looking through your profile etc.. However, since we started using recuTAL many of our applicants now realise how important their profiles look so its nice knowing people will be more likely apply once seeing what others say online - great tool when used correctly!! We've also been receiving lots applications which helps us keep up with demand but has made finding suitable candidates difficult due to lack of knowledge within each department on who should go forward into interviews / assessments process.
