Amazing ice cream scoop. At first I thought it was just a slippery surface where the ice would fall off faster. I was surprised that it continued to work even after a few scoops. I've used others that need to be kept in warm water and use the reserve heat to melt the line between the ice cream and the scoop. This removes the heat from the hand and also warms the shovel. Great addition to my cooking supplies.
