This is a great business/casual bag perfect for carrying everything you need which is why I gave it 4 stars. However; I had to return it because it's too narrow for my 11" laptop in the sleeve and since the bag doesn't have an integrated padded laptop compartment I wouldn't carry my laptop without the bag. The laptop went in with no problems but it fit perfectly so it was difficult to get it out because the sides of my sleeve got caught on the sides of the bag so pulling the laptop out pulled the lining behind it. Difficult to remove, I had to hold onto the pad to get the laptop out. I also carry a 1" binder with me, so when I put 2 pieces together in a bag, they got pretty tight. If you're carrying a smaller tablet or don't use a protective case that takes up a lot of space, consider this case.
