Handset not working after less than 6 weeks of use. Needs to be replaced. Clarity says it has a one-year warranty, but I have to pay the shipping cost to replace it (plus the inconvenience of traveling to the site to pack and ship it back). The wired base station is not user-friendly. It's tedious scrolling through menu items every time you want to disable or enable features. For example, we don't want to hear caller screening at night or on early morning calls. A few steps are required to disable and enable this feature each night. Also, for some reason, this feature turns back on by itself, and we are interrupted by the phone at an inconvenient time. You have to go through the menu options to delete your messages or listen to them again and delete them during playback. Our old answering machine had a delete message button.
