This yellow mini dash waffle maker works great. I use the mix to make single serve protein waffles, protein brownies, and protein waffles with mashed potatoes. I usually cook all my meals for seven minutes so they get crispy. Every five to 10 uses, I place a layer of several paper towels dampened with hot water and mild dish soap, wrung out and flattened, in the hot iron for a few minutes, then rinse the paper towels and rub with the hot iron rinse. . Then gently wipe the side and exterior surfaces. It keeps the iron clean and doesn't drip grease when I turn it on its side for storage. I drizzle olive oil over the top and bottom of the cooking spray every time I use it.
