The inflator is comparatively lighter than competitive models because its body is cast aluminum rather than steel. It has a comfortable, ergonomic look. The quick-release chuck fits perfectly and does not blow air out of the tire valve after connecting. The inflation valve worked smoothly and the green digital display was very easy to read. The sensor reads in tenths (0.1), although the manufacturer claims it's only accurate to within 0.5 psi. I do not mind. The positive pressure relief valve is conveniently located and works smoothly. The main quick-release chuck is quite small, allowing it to fit narrow rims without the need for an additional chuck for tight spaces. A previously unnoticed design bonus is that the aluminum handle has a molded loop that allows the compressor to hang flat on a nail or hook on a coat hanger. The overall impression is that it is lightweight and easy to use. And the price is very reasonable for what you get.
