When I received the chair I was excited to put it together and replace my worn out office chair. The first thing I noticed when I took the chair out of the box was that the left inner cover for the seat angle adjustment was broken. Huge crack right through the lid. It looks like it's only held by a thread and I think it's about to fall off. The next problem is the biggest. The armrests of the chair are wobbly and completely asymmetrical. When fully adjusted up and down, the left side arm is about two inches taller! I can only slide half a chair under my desk and it's very noticeable when I'm sitting on the chair. I even moved the left armrest into the hole and it still wasn't flush with either armrest. In addition, they are also offset from center left to right. The armrest on the left hardly creates a gap between the stand and the back of the chair when fully extended, and the right one has a significant difference. In order for the adjustments to be even slightly the same on both sides, I have to move the right side all the way in and the left side all the way out, leaving no real room for adjustment if I want to sit in the middle of the chair. I really hate scolding this chair, but when you're paying over $300 for an item that should have quality, I got something that shouldn't have passed quality control instead. It's also a shame that it's the only chair I've found with a fabric material I like. At the moment I am very disappointed with my purchase.
