The rotating brush bristles are too long.

The bristles of the rotating brush are slightly longer than the original brush, so they create extra friction and make the cleaner think the brush is stuck when cleaning carpets. The brush came with a non-rotating brush so I had to use the one from the original brush. I ended up sending the kit back and got the original brush for almost double the price, well at least it works.
