Received the group fairly quickly. The old one came off easily and the new one just clicked on. It is very easy to switch groups. This group hasn't given me any problems so far. I work in a warehouse and am always banging my watch or banging boxes. Never fell off or fell apart. The two rings for holding the strap are good so that there is more space to hold the extra strap once it is put on. For now I would buy another one if the time came. good item.
