My son loves his hoverboard, purchased in July 2022.
His specific one had a minor malfunction, I emailed GoTrax, heard back immediately. Communication was very thorough (Thanks Faye!), tried some recalibration to no avail.This product has a true manufacturer warranty, honored completely once my return was received, received a brand new replacement hoverboard! Excellent company to do business with 👍🏻.
