I like how easy it is to install themes, plugins or just about anything you need for your site! It's very simple but also gives us great control over our sites at any time by being able to access them from anywhere thanks to their mobile app too (which we love!).

The support team are always willing/able help out when needed which makes me feel confident that my business will be taken care off properly should something go wrong through no fault of theirs!! Nothing yet really as everything has been good so far :) We've only had one issue where they were not sure what was causing issues until after several hours later than expected then fixed within minutes once identified.
