Easy to install - looks good
Very easy to install once you get the hang of it. perfectly even holes with a drill press. This gave me 6 inch straight holes to keep the (long) bit straight. Since I didn't have to measure each post, drilling went very quickly. The only complaint is that the screws are a bit cheap and I took a few off, but they don't have replacement parts. A few extra screws would be very helpful.
