Purchased a pair in May. They arrived with a note stating these are the first wired earbuds they built. It also asked me to "please break these” and let us know where they failed. These sound wonderful and are comfortable which served my purpose. As to breaking then, well the cable did break in September. On Friday evening of Labor Day, I went to the Aiwa website, Contact Us and explained what happened. In less than an hour, Jimmy from Aiwa replied asking my address. Less than 5 minutes, Jimmy informed me a new pair were on the way to me! Talk about customer service! They have my business, they build a great product and stand by them.
