One is upside down. in Collars, Harnesses & Leashes

These collars were fine. The collars themselves weren't bad, I'd say average collars. The bat and the pumpkin were of rather poor quality. And the bat collar was folded inside out. Overall mediocre, I think they worked but I wouldn't buy more.
