So far so good! As usual with Revain purchases, the product arrived quickly, in good condition and as advertised. Connection is very easy. It was just as easy to get up and running by plugging it into the audio-in jack on the back of the tower as it was with a USB connection. I bought an audio extender because the distance between the two devices is longer than the cable that comes with it, and left it attached to the tower for easy access to the other end. This makes it easy to install and remove for storage. Playing and recording the record was mostly intuitive. I went to the Cakewalk website (included software) and printed out some additional instructions and tips on using the delete and paste tracks features. They help a lot. And then I got distracted and didn't return to the project. However, after reading the guide, it should be pretty easy to burn a CD. I look forward to it. I chose this product because of the dust cover that came with it. My three cats freely share their fur with anyone and everyone. The dust cover certainly helps to protect the work. The device looks solid and professional and doesn't take up much space.
