I've been using this product for a few years now. I usually buy it from the salon but as it was closed due to Covid and I've run out I order it through Amazon. I noticed that the product I received was different and didn't work as well. It felt like any regular air conditioner, but since I didn't have the ones I buy in the showroom to compare to, I left them alone. Now that I got this from the salon and compared it I can see the difference. They are not the same. They are similar but look different, smell different and have a different texture. So disappointed, the original product is amazing but it's not.
