Le Creuset has a very good reputation in the cookware industry. This is my second nonstick pan. The old one lasted two years and then there were a lot of scuffs and scratches on the surface. In fact, we've paid very close attention to this across all Soft Kitchen tools. Then I saw the PRO, billed as an advanced non-stick pan. However, this time he served us for only four months, and there were glitches. I was so disappointed with Le Creuset nonstick products, high price, good quality at first glance but won't last very long no matter how carefully you use it! Don't believe the lifetime warranty, they stated that all these damages were your usage defects. So disappointed to contact customer service, slow response and no positive reply.
